  • We ship to the US (including Puerto Rico), UK, Canada, Mexico, Portugal, and Ireland.
  • Cherry Lash Store orders Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday..
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier and they will have the most current information regarding your package. Cherry Lash Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Cherry Lash Store online courses include immediate access to all course materials, therefore we do not offer refunds.
  • Your satisfaction is our number one priority! Returns of unopened, unused products may be made within 15 days of delivery for an exchange of the same product or gift card of the same amount.
  • Products marked as SALE, Adhesives, Primer, Tapes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Please note, Cherry Lash Store is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of a returned order, your exchange or gift card will be processed within 3-5 business days.

In order to prepare and ship your return, place your item in a sturdy box and include packing materials to keep product from damage during transit. Items damaged in transit due to insufficient packing are not eligible for full refund.
  • First off, oh no! If, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please us via email at so we can assist you.
  • You will be asked to provide a picture of the defective product. You may be asked to return the defective product so that our Quality Team can do further inspections, when this occurs a return label will be provided.
  • Cherry Lash Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier to receive the latest information regarding your delivery.
  • Yes, international customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government. The fees are typically determined based on a combination of factors that may include:
